Training

ULT offers training on LiveCycle ES as well as certain Creative Suite (CS4) products.

Comprehension LiveCycle Channels are offered along with utility specific demos where specific functionality needs to be addressed.

ULT trains at all Technical Levels up to Senior Architects. However we can also offer Acrobat Photoshop and other Media Software.

Training is offered at ULT training facilities in Olivedale, Johannesburg, or at client premises by arrangement.

Service Level Agreement

ULT offers a large variety of service level agreement for hardware and software support to SLA’s tailored to specific requirement.

Currently ULT provides SLA’s in South Africa as well as in the first level support in most African countries. We have support offices in Johannesburg and Cape Town.
